This part is for young people and has a few different sections. You can find out more about what worries are, see examples of different kinds of treatment with needles, and get some ideas about how to feel better.

We also have a communication tool you can print out or use on your phone to help you during treatment.

We understand that everyone is different, so you can choose what you want to look at by clicking any of the choices below.
