We've given you some ideas here about how you might be able to relax, and you might have some great ideas of your own!

Some ways you could relax:

Hold someone's hand

Do a breathing exercise

- this is a way to control and slow your breathing to help you feel more calm

Do a grounding exercise

- this is an exercise to bring you back to the present moment (the here and now)

Do a visualisation exercise

- this is an exercise where you focus on something calming, and use it to help yourself feel more relaced
