HELPING with physical feelings

Some people find that their body reacts when they are worried. They can feel very tense, they might feel a bit sick or their heart might beat very fast.

Some people also do not like the feelings of their treatment. 

​

We've given you some ideas here about how you might be able to help these feelings become less noticeable, and you might have some great ideas of your own!
