WELCOME TO NO NEED(LE) TO WORRY
how to cope when you need treatment with a needle
Helping yourself feel better can be a really useful skill.
There are lots of ways you can help yourself feel a bit better, or cope with having treatment (even if you still feel a bit worried about it). It can also be helpful in other situations where you feel worried or nervous.

We have given you some ideas below that you might like to try, and we have made some lists of different types of treatment and which options would work better at these appointments.
